Analyses

The objectives of the current work are:

• (a) investigate whether the reproducibility of FreeSurfer and CAT12 frameworks depends on the neurodevelopment stage,

• (b) assess these frameworks’ reproducibility on different acquisition settings, and

• (c) compare the test-retest within each framework using two images of the same individual acquired in the same day.
