Destrieux Atlas#

A standard approach in cortical thickness analysis is the division of the cortical ribbon into several regions of interest (ROI) according to a given template. In this work, the cortical template considered was the Destrieux template. This template divides each hemisphere into 74 ROIs based on a sulco-gyral parcellation. The ROIs are then grouped into five lobes: frontal, insula, temporal and occipital, parietal and limbic. A ROI may be in more one lobe, for instance the anterior part of the cingulate gyrus and sulcus is in the frontal and limbic lobe. Participant Analysis
