How to make purchases
Make sure to check the available equipment.
Then, you should send an email to Administrative Services, in the person of Sónia Pires or Sara Ribeiro (add your supervisor in cc), asking to order. On that email, please add a small description of equipment/software/…, add its final location (office number, floor, building), add the name of person who is going to use it (in the case of a single user), add the inventory number of the pre-existing equipment in the case of upgrade (e.g hard disk upgrade for an existing computer). If you need help here, please talk with Catarina Duarte.
Catarina Duarte and João Castelhano keep a list of the equipment. When you buy new stuff, ask them to add it to this list.
