A great video tutorial by Andrew Jahn can be found below. It is supported by a section in Andy’s Brain Book.

The Human Brain course by Nancy Kanwisher

This course surveys the core perceptual and cognitive abilities of the human mind and asks how they are implemented in the brain. Key themes include the representations, development, and degree of functional specificity of these components of mind and brain. The course will take students straight to the cutting edge of the field, empowering them to understand and critically evaluate empirical articles in the current literature. Link here

Introduction to Neuroscience by Bing Brunton

**This playlist is a series of videos introducing the biological principles of neuroscience, emphasizing neuroscience as a living field and connections to health and society. We start from the electrical properties of neurons then build towards the neural basis of sensing & action as a feedback loop. Additional topics will include mental health, neuroscience & artificial intelligence (AI), and brain-computer interfacing (BCI). ** Link here

Crash course on brain imaging

“This video is intended for medical students on clinical rotation and junior trainees to understand an approach, ordering and interpretation of CT-based and MR-based imaging.”

PET

Turku PET center wiki - Turku PET Centre is a Finnish National Research Institute for the use of short-lived positron emitting isotopes in the field of medical research. The wiki provides extensive documentation of PET radiotracers and data analysis processes. The wiki is updated regularly with new insights from state-of-the-art literature (general information, methods, benchmarks, etc).

Pmod Wiki page provides additional information regarding tutorials (general information and software specific) about PET data analysis.
