• The licensing University of Coimbra is using is provided by the FCCN - Colibri service Colibri service.

• ZOOM-Colibri enables the sharing of audio, video, text, images, whiteboard and the screen of participants’ computers. It also includes mechanisms for recording (local, cloud) the sessions.

• University of Coimbra credentials provide access to a Pro account. Pro accounts are valid for up to two hours after authentication. If you are not in a meeting two hours after login, your account will be reduced to BASIC.

Install the Zoom client

1. Go to the website https://zoom.us/download download and install the version most suitable for your device (computer, mobile device, etc).

Log-in using University of Coimbra credentials

1. Run the Zoom client on your device.

2. Click ‘Sign In with SSO’. [Help]

3. Enter FCCN Colibri domain ‘videoconf-colibri’ and click ‘Continue’. [Help]

4. You will be redirected to a FCCN webpage to sign in using your University of Coimbra credentials. After signing in, you will be redirected back to the Zoom Client (Launch Zoom) and you are ready to join or to host a meeting. [Help]
